ESA was founded in 1989 by Ron Echols of Monticello, Arkansas.

ESA currently has four locations: Camden, El Dorado,  Heber Springs and Monticello.

ESA has Staffing Services contracts with several major United States corporations, and understands the needs of larger clients.

Staffing Philosophy: “Making Matches”

“Making Matches” is the process of precisely understanding what it is that a client makes or provides, what type of employee works best with the type of work a client does, and finding a way to get the client and the employee together in a mutually beneficial relationship.

Every month ESA Corporate performs an internal Quality Standards Review (QSR) on all of our branch offices. This review examines both Quantitative and Qualitative data relating to our: (1) Talent Acquisition endeavors, (2) employee screening processes, (2) selection of employees for assignment at a client location, (4) quality assurance calls to clients once an employee has been placed at their locations, and (5) overall customer service.
